By accessing the Uwodi website or using a Uwodi product, you agree to these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Uwodi provides subscription-based software products and related support services. Product features, availability, pricing, and limits may vary by plan, beta stage, or commercial agreement.

We may update or improve the services over time. If a material change affects your current use, Uwodi will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and using the services lawfully and responsibly.

You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with product operations, reverse engineer protected portions of the platform where prohibited, or use the services to violate law or the rights of others.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing or commercial terms presented for the applicable product. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You authorize Uwodi and its payment providers to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, and any agreed one-time charges.

Uwodi retains all right, title, and interest in its services, site content, trademarks, software, and related intellectual property. Your organization retains ownership of the data you submit to the services, subject to the rights needed for Uwodi to operate and support the platform.

If you provide product feedback or suggestions, Uwodi may use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis except where otherwise stated in writing. Uwodi disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uwodi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Uwodi for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the services or cancel a subscription at any time, subject to the billing cycle already in effect. Uwodi may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security issues, suspected abuse, or material breaches of these terms.
