Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or approved by Uwodi.

Uwodi reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially for accidental duplicate payments, clear service errors, or billing issues reported promptly after the charge.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, partial-period refunds are not guaranteed for monthly or annual plans that have already started.

Products offered in beta, pilot, or trial programs may be subject to separate commercial terms. Where beta access is free, no refund applies. Where beta access is paid, the applicable order or invoice controls unless local law requires otherwise.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@uwodi.com before initiating a charge dispute with your payment provider. This gives Uwodi a chance to resolve the issue quickly.
